Kaitlyn Perry Solutions Group was founded to serve as a resource for individuals, small business, and nonprofit organizations in need of help with career planning, purpose discovery, and new business development. From Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, KP earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and Management. As Kaitlyn explored career options, she gained significant knowledge and experience from SHRM Executives and assisting small businesses with HR organizing. She decided to start her own Human Resources outsourcing business to help and guide businesses to their full potential. In addition, Kaitlyn is pursuing a Master of Studies in Law with a focus in Human Resources. With a strong background in administration and action planning, with the use of experiential learning strategies in all she does, it’ll be beneficial to you as a business owner and your company as we go on this journey to excellence together. Kaitlyn’s commitment is to establish strong business cultures that foster ongoing expansion through the implementation of human resource strategies and empowerment.

I dare you to be obedient
Stepping out on faith and being obedient to God’s word forced me to step into a season I felt like I wasn’t prepared for but remembering Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight”. It was time for God to move me in a direction I wasn't entirely ready for, while I was a full-time employee, a law student, and a mother all during a storm I was experiencing. As 2023 continued, God put me through a series of experiences, while opening doors for me to position me for what he had planned for me. From connecting me with the right people to push me into my purpose to growing apart from individuals who no longer served a purpose in my life.
When God has called you into a new season, it takes a lot of growth and maturity. Moving into a new season of your life comes a deeper understanding of Scripture and more of a relationship with the Father and not with “man”. Let me be the one to tell you – there’s more joy, love, peace and such an honor to serve God. Growing up in church and knowing the word of God, I knew the significance of being obedient – but who would’ve ever known or thought, what exactly it’ll cost you for not being obedient? Once I realized my obedience is what was all required of me, I did not question God – I listened and obeyed him. He built me up, positioned me, strengthened me, shield me with his strongest armor and stood with me every step of the way – to overcome, adjust, and persevere.
When God brings us opportunities to serve him – even ones that doesn’t fit with our plans, respond with OBEDIENCE. Don’t underestimate God’s timing and the plans he has for your life. He continues to show us through his Word and actions, how he’s done amazing things in our lives repeatedly. Repay Him with your obedience, don’t pause or question Him, instead, run to your destiny. I DARE YOU TO BE OBEDIENT!
Accept your blessing. Trust God with your future. Remember: God’s way is the best thing for you.
Dream it
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
Build it
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

Everybody needs a shoulder to lean on and some direction from time to time. We shouldn't stop as life itself doesn't. Perhaps plan A didn't work, we do not stop striving to cross the finish line. It's okay to pick yourself up and start over as many times as necessary; never give up. I dare you to take this career journey with me to become the best version of you!!
